My name is Greg Twemlow. I founded Fusion Bridge to help people and organisations think more clearly about AI, human judgement and the future of work. I live in Sydney, Australia.

I am an AI strategist, writer, educator and framework designer, with more than four decades of experience across technology, entrepreneurship, learning design, community leadership and ethical AI. Across that time, I have founded ventures, designed practical learning programs, worked with schools and communities, written extensively on AI and human capability, and developed original frameworks for responsible AI-mediated work.

My work includes more than 80 live student workshops, a substantial published body of essays and articles, the book The Sovereign Mind: Discernment in the Age of Intelligent Systems, and practical frameworks including the Context & Critique Rule™, the Context & Critique Cover™ and Formation Bridge™. The common thread is the same: helping people stay capable of judgement when intelligent systems make output easy, fast, and fluent.

Fusion Bridge exists because AI is making answers faster, but faster answers are not the same as insightful judgement. Through writing, workshops and practical frameworks, I help people develop the clarity, confidence and responsibility needed to make an impact in an AI-mediated world.
